Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Lineup TV app for Apple TV (“Lineup TV”, “we”) handles your information.
The short version: Lineup TV does not collect, sell or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
What stays on your Apple TV
The playlists you add (server address and username), your favourites and folders, what you've watched and where you stopped, and your settings are stored only on your Apple TV. Passwords and your parental-control PIN are kept in Apple's secure Keychain. The app also saves a copy of your channel list, TV guide and artwork on your Apple TV so it opens quickly. None of this is sent to us.
Who the app connects to
Lineup TV only connects to the servers you add yourself, such as your provider or a guide link you enter, to load channels, the TV guide, artwork and video. Your provider's own privacy policy covers what they receive. Lineup TV doesn't send your information anywhere else.
Setting up from your phone
When you use the QR code to set up from your phone, your Apple TV briefly shows a simple form on your home network. The details you type go directly from your phone to your Apple TV over your own Wi-Fi. They don't pass through the internet or any server of ours. The form closes as soon as you leave the setup screen.
Purchases
The free trial and the purchase are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We don't see or receive your name, email address or payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies to purchases.
Email support
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply, and we don't share it with anyone or add you to a mailing list.
How long information is kept
We don't hold any of your information, so there is nothing of yours on our side to keep or delete. Information on your Apple TV stays there until you remove it. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Removing your information
Delete a playlist in Settings → Playlists, or delete the app, and everything it stored is removed from your Apple TV.
Children
Lineup TV doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children. Parents can use Settings → Parental Controls to hide or lock categories.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and in the app, and change the date at the top.
