What Lineup TV is

Lineup TV is software for playing media from sources you provide, such as an M3U playlist link or an Xtream Codes login. Lineup TV does not host, store, stream, sell or distribute any television channels, movies, series or other content, and no content is included with the app.

Your content and your provider

Any playlist, login or link you add comes from a third party you choose. Lineup TV is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any content provider, and we have no control over, and take no responsibility for, the availability, quality, legality or accuracy of content from third-party sources.

Your responsibility

You agree to use Lineup TV only with content you are legally entitled to access, and to comply with all laws and terms that apply to you. Do not use Lineup TV to access content without the permission of its owner.

Privacy

Your playlists, logins, favourites, watch history and settings are stored on your Apple TV. Lineup TV does not collect personal information or viewing history. When you play something, your Apple TV connects directly to the provider you added; their own privacy policy applies to those connections. See our Privacy Policy.

Images and trailers

Artwork, guide information and trailer links are supplied by your provider or by the services they use. Screenshots of Lineup TV in the App Store use sample content for illustration only.

Purchases

The free trial and the one-time purchase are sold through the App Store and are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

No warranty

Lineup TV is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app or of any third-party content.

Changes

We may update these terms. If they change, you'll be asked to review and accept them again in the app before continuing.
